When our Golden Retriever reached six months old, we were in the thick of puppy chaos. During his training, he learned:
- To ring bells on the door when he needs to go outside.
- To calmly stay on his designated pillow until released.
- To respond to "leave it."
- To remain calm around children.
- To behave appropriately around other dogs.
These are HUGE improvements from when I dropped him off. I kid you not.
While he stayed with her for a week, she regularly sent photos and videos so we could see his progress, which gave us peace of mind and made us feel connected throughout the process.
